Entered Employment – Did we move the unemployed into employment?

Employment Retention – If employed when they leave us, do they stay employed?

Average Earnings – Are those we serve moving into employment with good wages?  (*Target is a 6 months’ average).

Placement in Employment/Education – Are we helping youth go to work or school when they leave us?

Attainment of Degree/Certificate – Are we helping youth obtain a diploma, degree or certificate (high school diploma, GED, post-secondary degree/certificate, etc.)?

Literacy/Numeracy – Are we helping basic skills deficient out-of-school youth improve their reading and math grade levels?


PY = Program Year
PY13 = Program Year 2013 (July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014)
PY14 = Program Year 2014 (July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015)
