Naturally, the Federal funding from the Workforce Investment Act has requirements for different components of our programs. We procure items and services paid for by WIA funds. There are guidelines for performance and the training providers to which our customers are referred. Because we are the One-Stop operator in Local Area II, we have Sub-Lease Agreements and Memorandums of Understanding available for our Workforce Center partners. |
